Melissa did the best job planning our trip. She took some basic things we wanted to do and see and crafted the most perfect itinerary. Each day was carefully planned to make sure we had adequate time to do the things we wanted and make it to our next destination. All of our accommodations were wonderful. All our experiences and tours she booked were 5 stars! Melissa was available to us before, during and after our trip to help with any issues or questions we had. We made wonderful family memories on this trip that will last our lifetimes and we can't thank Melissa enough for all her hard work!

Melissa helped us create a wonderful trip to Japan. We spent a week traveling throughout the country, and Melissa helped us find great places to stay and activities to do based on our preferences. The hotel booked in Munich Germany was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! It was close to everything, and every detail was well thought out. I wanted to do a solo trip and I am not the best at picking places to stay or planning anything. I was referred to Melissa and she stayed in my budget and picked the best hotels close to the train stations I need to go to each of the 6 cities. She helped book all my train passes and the App was super easy to use. She was even there when I had questions. I went to Switzerland and to Italy and had such a super easy travel schedule. It was the best thing to do was to have her as my agent. I’ve never done anything like this and I am excited to plan my next trip with her. I highly recommend. My family just got back from a trip to Southern California with Melissa’s help. She was fantastic! She was able to help us book our travel, including a car rental with infant and toddler seats. The process was easy, approachable, and we felt secure knowing an experienced travel agent had helped us book all we needed to streamline the process when arriving. She also helped us book a magical day at Disneyland. Her knowledge of the park and experience with tips and tricks proved invaluable when we only had one day to be at Disney.
